Redpoint Climbing Centre has a wealth of experience in supporting those who have SEN and disabilities and can confidently assist people who have a variety of ability levels.
Our years of experience have taught us that climbing activities are accessible, suitable and beneficial for students who have additional needs.
Our team has already worked with hundreds of people from different schools and our experiences have allowed us to build on our existing knowledge by using the feedback we have received.
Redpoint's Education Coordinator, Paula Minal, is a keen climber and has over twenty years experience of working with schools and children with special educational needs in a formal educational setting and in a climbing environment.
Paula works closely with the rest of our Management Team to build tailored programs we are confident will meet your group's specific needs. The centre has disabled access and disabled toilet facilities.

The group absolutely loved every minute
I would highly recommend redpoint I am the chairperson of Autis Birmingham and today we attended a session at Redpoint birmingham. The children that attended had additional needs including autism adhd pathological demand avoidance.
The staff and instructors were all truly amazing friendly kind understanding accommodating. They all went out of their way to give us all an amazing day of climbing.
The group absolutely loved every minute and we cant wait to return. Thankyou again your centre is amazing the group all worked so well all encouraging each other and achieving great climbing skills and reaching great heights.
The smiles of the group said it all. Relaxed chilled out and they haven’t stopped talking about their day please see @autis Birmingham on Facebook.
Amazing progress
Hallmoor students have had an amazing time at Redpoint Birmingham, taking part in a six session climbing course learning to climb safely, tie knots and belay. The patience, enthusiasm and kindness of staff facilitated amazing progress with individuals gaining self confidence and belief in a range of skills such as team work, communication and safety
