We had an excellent climbing lesson with our instructor! Perfectly tailored to what we needed, they were professional and fun. The centre had a friendly atmosphere, and we are looking forward to going back soon!

Very friendly reception staff.
The instructors are absolutely amazing with young kids.
My grandson has really taken to this activity.
Strongly recommend this for kids; to build up their confidence and strength!

Booked a session for 6 12-year-olds for a birthday party. Jason the instructor was absolutely brilliant with them - really calm and kind, but also pushing the nervous ones to climb more than they thought they could. Would 100% come again.

We had an absolutely brilliant 7th birthday party for my little boy here. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful and professional and, most of all, the kids had an absolute blast! Highly recommended.

The staff are really lovely and welcoming. My daughter and her friends had a great time here for her 11th birthday. I would definitely recommend Redpoint Birmingham

Recently, my team had a charity climb-a-thon at Redpoint. As it was a work event, we had a lot of questions and arrangements to be made but Redpoint was so responsive with emails and patient with our comments and request. On the day, everything from registration to asking for climb heights went smoothly, thanks to the staff who were really the nicest and most supportive bunch. The climbs were also interesting with great features and the 40m traverse is quite a challenge. Overall, one of the best gyms I've visited in the UK. Thanks so much for hosting us and your hospitality!

Absolutely amazing! We went as a group to Red Point and me and my partner were lucky enough to have Phil as our instructor. We had such a laugh and eventhough I was scared, Phil made me feel at ease and I climbed higher than I thought I ever could. We had a great chat with him and I think we’ve caught the climbing bug! The staff are all lovely and I’d highly recommend this company to everyone. Thank you so much Red Point!

Our 13 yr old attends the Rock Monkeys sessions here and absolutely loves it. The staff are all really knowledgeable and friendly. Recommended for adult and junior climbers
