From the first email enquiring about the initial steps I needed to take as a complete novice, to me and my brother passing our belay competency tests. The owners (Phil and Paula) and all the staff have been 5 Star. They’re polite, patient and super friendly. Facilities are great, hire equipment is spot on and the instruction is encouraging and professional.
As a result of the way Redpoint have taught and encouraged my brother and myself we have both fallen in love with climbing and look forward to visiting when ever we get chance.
